Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with AGAS. This policy covers how we ship orders within Nigeria.

Shipping Zones & Rates

We currently ship to all states within Nigeria. The following flat-rate fees apply at checkout:

Within Lagos: NGN 5,000
Outside Lagos (all other Nigerian states): NGN 15,000

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 14-30 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Within Lagos: 1–3 business days
Outside Lagos: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as courier delays or adverse weather conditions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification with your tracking details. You can use this to monitor the status of your delivery. If you do not receive tracking information within 2 business days of your order being confirmed, please contact us.

Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We can only update addresses before your order has been dispatched. We are unable to redirect orders that are already on their way to you.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because no one is available to receive the package, our courier may make an additional attempt or leave a notification for you to arrange re-delivery. Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct when placing your order.
